one of the biggest complexities in dealing with the fiscal cliff is dealing with health care, not just medicare and medicaid but health care overall. i've been surprised at how little attack on obamacare has been part of governor romney's closing argument at least so far. he'll mention it on occasion, but i thought it would be front and center. reasons for that, the president's certainly not out there every day talking about how great obamacare is and how people should reward him with a second term so he can fully implement it. neither of them, for their own reasons, wants to take that on fully, but it's a huge part of what the discussions are going to have to be about because if you're going to lower the deficit in the medium and long term, you're going to have to either have faith that obamacare's going to lower the deficit, which the president thinks it will, or you're going to have to find some ways to change it to have even more cost savings on the health care side. >> all right. we have a lot more news to cover this morning. >>> coming up, we'll talk to nbc political news directo
